Health Food

Fish, cereals, yogurt and many other products can be very helpful. But only until not fall into the hands of "food dealers." The more a product is treated, the less it is useful. A healthy food is that in which there is very complementary ingredients.

In dozens of such "useful spoiled" products hit fish sticks, yoghurt, preserved soup, green tea, potatoes boiled in their jackets, pop-korn, sliced American bread, ready meals and shop greens. The crowning of the "hit parade" crowns... pizza!

Recipes for weight loss

Lentils Soup

Ingredients: 1/2 kg of lentils, 1/2 kg of tomatoes, 4 garlic cloves, 2 onions, 2-3 laurel leaf, salt, pepper, 150-200 g of vegetable oil, vinegar to taste.

Rinsed lentils and put in a pot with water. Add finely chop onion, garlic, tomatoes and vegetable oil. Cook for an hour. Served to the table in the cold or hot. As decorations in the soup, you can add olives.


Corn salad

Ingredients: 1 preserved corn bank, 1 tomato, 1 cucumber, 2 radish, vegetable oil, vinegar, salt.

Corn thoroughly filter and rinsed. Put in a bowl, add the tomato, cucumber and radish diced small cubes. Thoroughly mix, dressed with salt, vinegar and oil.

Vegetable chop

Ingredients: 6 medium-sized eggplant, 4 small zucchini, 6 tomatoes, 2 red pepper, 2 green peppers, 4 medium-sized onions, a small amount of finely chopped parsley, 2 garlic cloves, vegetable oil.

Aubergine, courgettes, peppers and onions cut into slices. Pour pan in a small amount of vegetable oil and sauté eggplant in it. At protiven put in a number of eggplant, then cut the remaining vegetables, parsley and salt to taste. Protiven cover with foil and bake in the oven at a moderate temperature.

Beetroot cutlets

Ingredients: 500 g (4 pieces) of beet, one and a half tablespoons vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons semolina, 2 tablespoons bread crumbs or flour, 1 egg, salt to taste.

Wash beets and cook until the skin along with the alert. Finished beets clear to peel and grate with small holes or pass through the mincing machine.
